In late 2020, drummer Scott Phillips hinted at the idea of a reunion, explaining that "there's no specific timetable for anything or no specific plans, but it's a possibility down the road." There are no songs in this setlist because the concert hasn't started yet. CREED's second concert consisted of 17 songs and included the new additions of "Beautiful", "Pity For A Dime" and "Inside Us All", which were not performed two days earlier. A week later, this notion intensified when Creed released a video teaser, which stated, "Let's go back to the summer of '99," and featured a series of photos of the band's members throughout the years, including a new press shot that suggested a comeback was indeed in the works. CREED's enormous success is largely due to the prolific writing team of Stapp and Tremonti, who founded the band together in 1993. After an eleven-year hiatus, Creed officially announced a reunion in July 2023 and announced that they would be headlining two different Summer of '99 cruise festivals in April 2024 which resulted in immediate sell-outs. The band recently launched a new webstore that will cater to fans old and new including new merch designs as well as the opportunity to purchase entry into Mark Tremonti’s guitar clinic. The announcement began with a series of social media teases and will see the group reunite for the first time since 2012 for two unique live performances under the Caribbean stars on Norwegian Pearl’s Pool Deck stage. The once-in-a-lifetime festival cruise will also feature an exclusive live Q&A with Creed that’s open to all guests, activities with bands and podcast hosts, panels, autograph sessions, and a very special Y2K Countdown theme party.

In addition to Creed, performances will come from other notable late '90s acts. The "Summer of '99" Cruise will be held from April in 2024, departing from Miami, Florida for Nassau, Bahamas aboard the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship. 2 twin beds that convert to 1 queen bed, 1 upper bed, and 1 single sofa bed.
